Tiến Lên Royale

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 31, 2026

Tiến Lên Royale ("the game", "we") is a Vietnamese card game for mobile devices, published by Royale Dragon Studio. This policy explains what information the game handles and why. We built the game to need as little of your information as possible: no account, email, or phone number is required to play.

What we collect

Analytics and crash data (via Google Firebase). Like most mobile games, we use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the game is played and to fix crashes. Firebase collects pseudonymous identifiers (such as a per-install app instance ID and device identifiers), device information (model, operating system version, language), and gameplay events (for example: a match started, a daily reward was claimed, a tutorial step was completed). Crash reports include technical device state at the time of the crash. This data is processed by Google under the Firebase privacy documentation.

Your guest profile (stored on your device only). The display name and avatar you choose, your chip balance, level, and game statistics are saved in a local file on your device. In the current version this profile is not uploaded anywhere. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.

What we do NOT collect

Virtual currency

Chips and gems in Tiến Lên Royale are play money. They have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be transferred between players for value. The game involves simulated card-table wagering with virtual chips; no real gambling takes place and no prizes of monetary value can be won.

Children

Tiến Lên Royale contains simulated gambling and is not directed at children. The game is intended for players aged 13 and over (or the age required by your app store's rating in your region).

Online play and your game account (arriving in a future update)

Online features — multiplayer tables, Royal Clubs, and cloud save — are built and in testing, and will arrive in a future update. When you use them, our game server stores a game account keyed to a random account token (never your name, email, or phone number): your display name and avatar choice, chip and gem balances, level and statistics, the items you own in the game, and your club membership and club activity history.

Device pairing. To stop anyone else claiming your account, the server issues your device a random credential the first time it connects. The server keeps only a cryptographic hash of it — the credential itself exists on your device alone.

Cloud save. While connected, your game profile is backed up to your account so it can move to a new phone. The copy on your device remains the one you play from, and the game stays fully playable offline.

Clubs are shared spaces. If you join a Royal Club, your display name, avatar, and club activity (joins, games, club-chip records) are visible to that club's other members — that is what a club is.

Optional sign-in (also arriving in a future update). You will be able to link a Google account so your game account survives a lost phone. When you do, we receive a stable account identifier from Google; we do not use your email address as an account key, and playing as a guest remains complete — sign-in is an offer, never a wall.

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time — in the game via Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account…, or by request if you've already uninstalled. Full details, including exactly what is deleted and the little that is retained in other players' shared club records, are on the account deletion page. Deletion is irreversible; nothing is archived.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game evolves; the effective date above always reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
