You can delete your Tiến Lên Royale account and its data at any time. There are two ways, and neither requires an email address, a phone number, or any sign-in.
Open Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account… and confirm. This permanently deletes your profile — chips, gems, level, statistics, and everything you own in the game — from your device, and, if your account has ever connected to our game server, the server's copy as well. Nothing is archived and nothing can be recovered afterwards.
If you don't see this option, your app version predates it — update the game, or use the request route below.
Email support@tienlenroyale.com with the subject "Account deletion request". If you still have the game installed somewhere, your player ID is on the Social page — tap COPY ID and paste it into the email so we can find your account. If you no longer have it, tell us the display name you used and roughly when you last played. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Deleting the app from your device without the steps above deletes the local save on that device, but not any server copy — use one of the two routes if your account ever played online.
